What's on top in Rm 13!

Over the past week we have been learning about poems. First we learnt about Acrostic poems and now we are working on Diamond poems.

For our Acrostic poems we made fabulous Fireworks Acrostic poems and we decorated them with glittery fireworks!

To write a Diamond poem you have 1 line with 1 word, a 2nd line with 2 words, for the 3rd you write 3 words, the 4th line is 4 words. The last line is 1 word. This makes a diamond shape with the words.

If you want to come see the Firework Acrostic poems come to Room 13 - they will be hanging in front of the window wall.

Callum, Elsie, Rachana, Josh (with a little help from the rest of the group!).
